LPS incorporates a To Do List for each show, allowing you to enter notes for a show directly
into LPS. These notes are saved with your show and can be viewed on screen or printed.
Each note contains a description, a date stamp denoting when the note was created, the name of
the person to whom the note is assigned, the type of the note, the position to which the note
pertains, if any, and the completion status of the note.
You can specify which notes should be displayed by searching the specific elements. This allows
you to easily assign and print out notes for specific people, positions or work note types.
The to do list incorporates drop down menus, accessible by right-clicking or typing the
ALT-Down Arrow key combination while in the table cells. This allows you to easily and
quickly assign notes to specific people, positions and types. If you enter a new person
or type, it will be incorporated into the drop down menu the next time it is displayed.
The position drop down menu is linked to the current show, allowing you to easily match
notes against the show's positions.
